RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Lean In Biotech. We strive to provide you with high-quality skin-related products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

We offer a guaranteed return for our capsules if your skin does not show any whitening effect after 30 days (one box usage). If you are not satisfied with the result, you may return the unused portion of the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

We do not provide a return or refund for facial masks due to the nature of the product.

To be eligible for a return, you must video-tape the entire unboxing process upon receiving the products. This is to ensure that the product has not been tampered with or damaged during transit. If you do not comply with this requirement, we reserve the right to reject your return request.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
